dancing queen

Our Abby has become quite the dancer over the past month or so. She's quite the singer as well although she usually doesn't do the two together. :-) She's always been very animated but she's really caught on to some fun music in recent weeks that came pre-loaded on the mp3 player her Grandma and Grandad gave her as a birthday gift. It's more like a mini-boom box for little ones that's very durable and has big buttons so she can actually work it herself. The truth is, her mp3 player will hold more songs than mine. Ha, ha! Anyway, between the fun songs on the mp3 player and the "Hot Dog Song" on the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show, the three of us have had a blast dancing and being silly together...and Abby's learning the words to more and more songs by the day! This is what memories are made of...

She likes to roll her belly like this, so I guess she incorporated it into the dance routine :-)
