the orchard opens!

Abby and I enjoyed our first visit of the season to our local orchard today. We love this place, and it's less than 10 minutes from us! Abby loves to play at the little playground, explore the grounds, feed (and watch) the goats, check out the cool toys in the store (lots of great Melissa & Doug stuff) and sample their famous apple cinnamon donuts and apple slushies. YUM! We even discovered another hidden treasure this time...a dress-up corner in their little cafe...complete with princess dresses and shoes. Abby loved this! They've also added a yellow brick road to enhance their "Wizard of Oz" theme. Very cool.
